Chateau Tanunda, ‘Icon of the Barossa,’ is Australia’s largest and oldest Chateau (est. 1890). It is a truly awe-inspiring place to visit and is as magnificent as some of the best wine estates and Chateaux anywhere in the world.
The Chateau Tanunda App is consisted of the following sections and features.
Chateau Tanunda self-guided tour (In App Purchase): guiding the visitor to approach places of interest while at the Chateau; recognising if the visitor is on site and standing nearby one of the predefined places of interest; playing relevant per-recorded introduction video/sound clips for the place of interest;
Visitors may share their visit experiences via the App to social networking platforms (e.g. Facebook).
Chateau Tanunda brand information and its history: providing multimedia contents (word, picture, sound clip and video) about the Chateau and its history.
Chateau Tanunda wines and vineyards information: providing multimedia contents (word, picture, sound clip and video) about Chateau Tanunda wines and vineyards.
Chateau Tanunda retail outlet information: displaying physical location of each outlet selling Chateau Tanunda wines in Australia.
